About The Urban Quilt Company
The Urban Quilt Company strives to give a modern edge to the quilt tradition, with bright colours and funky designs that co-ordinate with contemporary décor.
The seed of this company was planted many years ago during discussions about "when we grow up" and finally sprung to life in January 2006. Tired of the daily grind, both Adrienne and Shannon left their day jobs behind to discover their place in the wonderful world of fibre arts.
Based in Toronto, The Urban Quilt Company focuses on using the highest quality materials and techniques in our products. Each project is unique, all fabrics are hand-chosen, hand-cut, machine pieced, and machine- or hand-stitched.
Shannon and Adrienne work together making high-quality, unique projects, happily using their creative energies to bring you beautiful and useful quilted art.
